Protesting President Trump’s Global Gag Rule
Twitter Chat

When: February 28, 10:00am – 12:00pm EST
Host: PAI

Promundo participated in a #TrumpGlobalGag Twitter chat, hosted by PAI, protesting President Trump’s Global Gag Rule. The Global Gag Rule is a harmful policy that forces providers to choose between receiving U.S. funding for family planning and providing comprehensive sexual and reproductive healthcare. Under the rule, providers cannot use U.S. funding or their own money to offer legal abortion services, information, or referrals – putting women’s health, autonomy, and lives in serious danger.
